How to look up the Individual Student Reports for your Student

From the Infinite Campus Parent Portal App: 

1. Open the Campus Parent app and log in to your account

2. Tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left of the screen

3. Tap “More” at the bottom of the menu bar

4. Tap “Assessments” on the More Menu bar

5. Under “North Carolina Individual Score Report”, tap the Information about North Carolina Individual Score Reports

6. This will show all of the past and current Individual Score Reports for your child

From the Web:

1. Log in to the Parent Site at https://670.ncsis.gov/campus/portal/psu670onslowco.jsp

2. Click on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left of the screen

3. Click the “More” button at the bottom of the menu bar

4. Click “Assessments” on the More Menu bar

5. Under “North Carolina Individual Score Report”, click the Information about North Carolina Individual Score Reports

6. This will show all of the past and current Individual Score Reports for your child

To access your child’s grades, attendance, and Individual Score Report (ISR) for each state assessment, please follow this link to access Infinite Campus:
https://670.ncsis.gov/campus/portal/psu670onslowco.jsp

You should have received an automated email from "noreply@psu670nc.mg.infinitecampus.org" that directs you on how to set up your parent account.  If the link that is included in the email does not work, please use the steps included in the email with your unique activation key.
